Give your family an experience that goes beyond another activity on the calendar. At Elkhart Martial Arts, you’ll share goals, overcome challenges, celebrate accomplishments, and create memories together. Whether one family member trains or everyone joins in, your entire family becomes part of our community.

At Elkhart Martial Arts, every student matters. Our instructors take the time to understand each student’s goals, recognize their progress, and help them grow at a pace that is right for them.
Students develop more than martial arts skills. They build confidence, focus, discipline, physical fitness, and the ability to handle challenges with greater self-control. Our classes are structured and encouraging, giving beginners a comfortable place to learn while continuing to challenge experienced students.
Most importantly, EMA is a community where students and families feel welcome, supported, and valued. Whether one person trains or the whole family joins in, there is a place for you here.

Strength Lab
You need cardio exercise to live a long life... but you need strength training to make that life worth living.
That belief is the foundation of every Strength Lab workout.
Strength training isn't just about building muscle or lifting heavier weights - it's about building a body that's ready for everyday life. Whether you're carrying groceries, picking up your grandkids, climbing stairs, preventing injuries, or simply wanting to stay independent as you age, strength matters.
Every workout is intentionally designed with real life in mind. We don't have "arm day" or "leg day." Instead, we focus on movements that help you move better, feel stronger, improve balance, increase mobility, and build confidence. Every exercise has a purpose.
In class, you'll often hear me say, "One day, when life asks you to do this... you'll be glad you practiced it here." Life doesn't warn us when it'll ask us to be strong. One day you'll need to lift something heavy, catch yourself from falling, climb a flight of stairs, get up off the floor, or help someone else. When that day comes, I want you to be able to say, "I've trained for this!"
Whether you've never picked up a dumbbell or you've been strength training for years, I'll meet you where you are. Every exercise can be modified to fit your abilities while still challenging you to become stronger than you were yesterday.
Strength Lab is challenging, encouraging, and actually lots of fun. You'll find support, accountability, laughter, and a community that celebrates every victory - no matter how big or small. It's about making everyday life easier and worth living.

Stick Therapy’s Cardio Drumming
Forget everything you think you know about group fitness classes.
Our Cardio Drumming experience is unlike anything you've probably tried before. It's energetic, upbeat, a little dance-inspired, and designed to make fitness something you actually look forward to. You'll burn a ridiculous amount of calories, improve your endurance, and have so much fun you may forget you're exercising.
The best part? You can start right now!
Whether this is your first workout in years or you're already active, we'll meet you where you are. Every movement can be modified, and our goal is simple: We want everyone who walks through the door to feel encouraged, challenged, and successful.
Life happens, and that's okay. Running late? Come anyway. Need to cancel? No problem. Don't get paid until next week? We'll figure it out. We start class on time because we respect everyone's schedule, but there's never any guilt for showing up a few minutes late or missing a week. Just grab your equipment and get in where you fit in!
For more than five years, we've been committed to creating more than just a workout - we've built a community. We don't cancel classes because we believe people deserve a place they can count on. Our members know they'll always be welcomed back with smiles, encouragement, and maybe a little “attitude”.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, improve your health, relieve stress, or simply find a fun way to move your body, there's a place for you here.
Just show up. We'll take care of the rest.
